I can not recommend Solent motorhomes enough. We travelled down from Cumbria to purchase a Rollerteam TLine 700 from this company. All the team from managers Andrew,Allen and all the technical team too many to name. were all outstanding, everything was ready on our arrival they could not have been more helpful. We stayed on a site nearby to make sure everything was working OK. Arriving on site we found the waterpump was very noisy and contacted the company they said to fetch it back next day. They fitted a new pump plus a accumulater which solved the problem. Nothing was a problem. Their customer care is outstanding. We could have purchased the same van nearer home but decided to purchase from Solent and pleased we did. Thank you again you are a great company and customer service outstanding.

We have used Solent Motorhomes a lot over the years as they are local to us and have always been incredibly helpful. 2023 was the first time we bought a motorhome from them and their first class service hasn’t let us down. Our brand new motorhome had an extremely noisy water pump, which they explained can be the case. However, when the habitation check was done they agreed it was far too noisy and went about getting a replacement under the warranty. We did have to wait a significant time for it to arrive which was down to the supplier not Solent Motorhomes. They let us know when it arrived and not only did they fit the new one they also put an accumulator on it free of charge because we’d waited so long. We can’t fault this dealership, they are friendly, approachable and go above and beyond. Thank you Solent Motorhomes

Just been to visit Solent Motorhomes again, so I thought I would refresh my review. They are superb people, very friendly and hospitable. They really know their stuff and provide fantastic service. I know it sounds like superlative praise, but they really are that good in all my dealings with them. They are a 2.5 hour drive away from me, but I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

On collection we had a full detailed explanation of how everything operated by all the “Solent Staff “ very impressed with there full knowledge which has helped immensely.

Amazing place, the team are absolutely wonderful. Professional, caring are the best words to describe the team at solent. As for the actual place it is so well managed and orderly, everything was straightforward and easy to understand. Overall this place has my review of 5 stars, my expectations have been surpassed and my hopes are high. Love the motorhome, love the services’ provided, love everything about it. I have had two good experience’s with Solent motorhomes and my Roller Team 758 motorhome. The service from Alan and Andrew dealing with my warranty issues was fantastic. Their professional attention to the problems I had were dealt with care and consideration. As we lived in Surrey they arranged timings to perfection so we weren’t left stranded and all faults rectified. Also after putting in a claim on my behalf authorised with Roller Team for body defects to be carried out with a local third party under warranty, so I didn’t have to travel. Absolutely the best service I have had and when I am changing the motorhome Solent Motorhomes is where we will be going. First class.

Can work miracles! I run a busy rental fleet in Cambridge and last week took delivery of a new Roller Team campervan. Despite very limited availability from Roller Team due to Covid, Solent were able to secure my delivery as well as all the extras that we required. This was a team effort by all at Solent and Andrew phoned the factory every day just to check that the campervan was going to be ready on time and it was. I have previously purchased from Solent and can’t recommend them enough. They are always there when you need them. I recently purchased a motorhome from Solent from a gentleman name Tony. I had been looking for one for quite a while all over the south of the UK looking at privates sales and dealerships. Upon arrival I instantly fell in love with with a Ford autosleeper 2 berth it was absolutely stunning I decided to purchase a motorhome right there and then. I live in Kent so I had about 150 mile drive back home however on the way back the oil light come on to my shock so I pulled over and drove no further the following morning I got it topped up and off I went a short journey later the oil ll like come back on I parked up let it settle for a little while and to my amazement I noticed a small or Leak Coming from the bottom of the engine this is something that would not have been picked up by The Dealership as as it was quite a long journey that I’ve gone on and I imagined the motorhome and not been used as often by previous owners as it was in immaculate condition. Just after i topped the oil up up the engine started sputtering a little bit it so I rang Tony automatically and informed him of the problem I was experiencing. His first reaction was Luke calm down I can hear the stress in your voice what was your postcode I’ll ring you back in 2 minutes he automatically booked me into a five-star garage local to my home address and have a fall overhall on the engine it needed four new injectors and the oil was coming from the access panel to the fuel pump agane another small problem that would not have been noticed unless going for a long drive which I did. I was amazed buy Tony’s actions booking me into a garage and footing the bill needed for new injectors and oil leak fix and and an oil sensor. I am now back in on the road in my motorhome and over the moon the service I received from Solent was absolutely fantastic and second to none I am so pleased that I chose to buy from a dealership and not in private or I would have no come back with this problems. My customer journey was absolutely fantastic.the staff explained the whole operation of the motor home before leaving and got all my problems sorted out within one week I would definitely advise purchasing a motorhome from Solent to any customer as their service customer journey and the way they deal with any mishaps or problems that may occur is second to none. I will definitely be using them again in the future what a class a dealership with brilliant staff. Thank you one again tony

We have bought a TLine 785 and are delighted, a slight problem with a leak was corrected very quickly, they came and picked it up returned the next day with the slight gap sealed. Darryl and Phil were extremely helpful, we are complete novices and appreciated the detailed handover.
We added a few extras with their guidance and are pleased we did.

Excellent friendly service from all of the staff. Really willing to take their time to make sure we were happy, including advice about buses getting into town while our motorhome was being serviced. They were also happy for my son and I to look round the new motorhomes for sale even though we weren’t buying one.

I first went to see Sue and Tony at Solent Motorhomes about 18 months ago to talk about the type of motorhome I should purchase. We then hired one of their Tribute vans in Sept 2016 and in September 2017 we purchased a Rollerteam T590. Throughout the entire process I have found the team at Solent to be extremely helpful and insightful. They have not only provided sage advise about the type of van that would suit us but also about the experience of having a motorhome holiday. All of this was recently put to test when we toured around France for 6 weeks, our longest ever holiday and also our first significant trip in our new van and the advise all turned out to be spot on. My father-in-law bought a brand new T-Line 590 on our recommendation. Camped locally the day after hand over – just to make sure everything worked. hand over was brilliant – Ray spent a thorough 3 hours going over everything. Unfortunately, at the campsite the satellite stayed up! Wouldn’t return to home! No power to the control system! Phoned Tony and he was great. Sent Rob round to sort with instructions not to leave until it was fine. Rob rewired the system and everything was fine. Would definitely buy from Solent Motorhomes again! In fact, friends of ours have bought a 740 on the strength of our experience. Thanks Toy and team! Happy father in-law!
