Solent Motorhomes have a team of dedicated technicians who are able to look after your motorhome when it requires it’s annual habitation inspection, damage or warranty repairs and fitting accessories and are on hand 6 days per week should you require advice or help.
To ensure your motorhome is kept in tip-top condition and ready to use whenever the mood takes you, it will need regular servicing and maintenance. The base vehicle will require a service based on time or mileage covered and these will be set by the manufacturer but typically, every two years or 20,000 miles. At some point and depending on model, it will require a timing belt change and also a brake fluid change every two years along with regular checks on the condition of tyres and an MOT test annually once it reaches three years old.
Maintaining the habitation area is essential to keep on top of safety and our team of experienced technicians are able to carry out the annual Habitation Check or deal with the repair or replacement of broken appliances and systems. They are also able to fit all manner of accessories from awnings, to TVs to LPG Gas systems and everything in between, many of which we keep in stock.
If your vehicle was supplied by us from new, we are able to carry out repairs under warranty for you, subject to the warranty and claim being valid – please ask if you are unsure whether something will be covered and we will be happy to check for you.
