An annual Habitation Check is one of the most important ways to maintain your motorhome. It gives you peace of mind, ensuring all appliances are tested and the vehicle is inspected for damp and overall roadworthiness. Manufacturers require these checks every year to keep warranties valid—missing a check can invalidate your warranty.
For Adria and Roller Team motorhomes, the first Habitation Check is required between 9 and 14 months after the vehicle’s first registration, and annually thereafter. All our pre-owned motorhomes receive a Habitation Check before delivery, and we recommend that checks are carried out every year as a routine part of motorhome maintenance.
